Full-automatic Steel Cage Welding Workstation
The Full-automatic Steel Cage Welding Workstation YGTZ2500-12 is an independently developed rebar cage welding system with proprietary intellectual property rights. It is widely used in metro, bridge, building construction, airport, highway, and foundation projects.
The workstation integrates an automatic main bar feeding system, bar detection and positioning welding system, spiral bar welding system, and cage discharge system. The entire welding process requires no manual intervention. Welding a single main bar takes less than 35 seconds, and a 9–12 m rebar cage can typically be completed within 20–25 minutes.
The system ensures high welding quality with precise control of welding time and position, eliminating false welds and reducing material waste. Multiple cage specifications can be preset, enabling one-touch touchscreen operation. Real-time monitoring and data recording guarantee stable, reliable production quality.
CNC Steel Cage Rolling Machine
The CNC Steel Cage Rolling Machine combines advanced European technology with independent R&D, delivering high precision, efficiency, stability, easy operation, and strong adaptability. It is widely used in bridge, highway, metro, building, and hydraulic foundation projects.
Under normal conditions, only three workers per shift are required. With two shifts (six workers per day), the machine can produce up to 20 rebar cages daily. Including rotation and other factors, just 10 workers can achieve the output previously requiring 50 workers, significantly reducing labor costs and management complexity.
The system enables automated production of bored pile rebar cages with CNC control and high mechanization. It ensures high productivity, stable quality, excellent rigidity, precise dimensions, and easy cage alignment.
Fully Automatic Bore Pile Cage Welding Machine
Compatible with both square and round piles – One machine covers the processing of two types of pipe pile rebar cages, eliminating the need for additional equipment and reducing overall production investment costs.
Core resistance welding technology – DC power supply enables rapid heating and high thermal efficiency. Weld joints are firm and spatter-free, with strength loss ≤5%, delivering far superior quality compared to traditional welding methods.
